Goldfinch

The Goldfinch is a conspicuous bird during the summer because of its brilliant yellow color. The males are more colorful and have more black coloration than the females. During the nonbreeding or winter months, both the male's and female's coloration becomes duller.


The Goldfinch is a member of the songbird group.
